Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee mechanical engineering and package delivery on a major data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a senior position requiring previous data centre construction experience and a strong technical understanding of large-scale mechanical building services installations. The Role Report directly to the MEP Lead and manage a team of mechanical Package Managers Coordinate mechanical construction activities including HVAC, pipework and associated systems Manage technical submittals, RFIs and engineering documentation Oversee mechanical installation sequencing and coordination with other trades Review RAMS and ensure mechanical works are delivered in accordance with project requirements Coordinate mechanical commissioning scripts and testing procedures Support subcontractor valuations, commercial assessments and final account processes Manage technical issues and support programme delivery Oversee O
