What You\’ll Be Doing
Sales Duties
- Maintain and manage the Salesforce CRM, generating meaningful reports and insights.
- Produce monthly sales performance dashboards.
- Lead and coordinate weekly sales meetings-tracking actions, targets, and outcomes.
- Provide admin support to the wider sales function to ensure smooth delivery.
- Create case studies and marketing collateral to support business growth.
Marketing Duties
- Help shape and deliver an annual marketing plan with multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events).
- Liaise with external agencies-ensuring outputs are aligned to strategy.
- Coordinate and execute impactful events and tradeshows across the UK.
- Research market trends and competitor insights to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Create and schedule social media content to drive engagement and brand presence.
What we\’re looking for
- A background or qualification in Marketing, Business or a similar discipline (desirable, not essential).
- Experience with Microsoft Office is a must; Microsoft Project is a bonus.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools-training on our software will be provided.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing support would be ideal.
