The Company

Our client is a fast-growing, family-owned specialist contractor delivering reinforced concrete (RC) frames, groundworks, civil engineering and external works across London and throughout the UK. Backed by many years of combined industry experience, the business has grown rapidly from a small founding team into a well-resourced operation capable of running multiple large-scale packages simultaneously, covering the full scope of substructure and superstructure works. They are a genuine subcontractor of choice for leading tier-1 main contractors and residential developers, delivering everything from major residential schemes (developments ranging from a handful of units up to 120+ new-build homes) to commercial, industrial, education and healthcare projects.

Their capability spans:

  • Reinforced concrete (RC) frames in-situ and precast
  • Groundworks, foundations, piling and basements
  • Civil engineering and substructure works
  • Drainage, Section 278 and Section 50 works
  • External works, hard landscaping and craneage
  • Ground investigations and enabling works

Above all, this is a business that lives by “Work Safely, Home Safely” — a strong HSE culture that puts the safety and wellbeing of its people, supply chain and the public at the heart of everything it does.
