Project Manager | Central London
£75,000 - £95,000
We are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading UK and Irish main contractor on a 162-bed hotel project of up to £50m in central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
- Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team
- Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management
- Report progress and risks to senior management
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- Strong programming skills (MS Project or similar) and reporting
- Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills
- Full driving licence
