Civils Lead - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland £90,000 - £105,000 We are seeking an experienced Civils Lead to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role leading the civils and structural works from enabling through to handover. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works Manage CSA engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site Plan and coordinate groundworks, foundations, drainage, concrete and steel packages Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and on budget Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams Review method statements, temporary works and quality documentation Report progress and risks to senior project leadership Skills
