Architectural Lead - Data Centre Construction Location: Blyth, Northumberland Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to oversee the architectural and internal fitout packages on a major data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a senior site-based position with responsibility for managing multiple work packages, subcontractors and construction teams. The Role Report to the CSA Lead and manage Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers Oversee architectural fitout works including partitions, doors, ceilings, raised access floors, finishes and clean room installations Coordinate architectural packages with structural and MEP construction activities Manage subcontractor delivery, programme, quality and installation standards Monitor package budgets, costs and commercial performance Review subcontractor pricing, invoices, valuations and retentions Ensure works are delivered in line with approved design information and project specifications Maintain effective communication with the wider project leadership and commercial teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
