Design Manager - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role managing the design delivery process across CSA and MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design delivery process across CSA and MEP disciplines
- Coordinate design consultants, specialist contractors and internal teams
- Manage design programmes, information release schedules and RFIs
- Lead design coordination and clash-detection reviews, working with BIM
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, buildability, cost and programme
- Manage design change control and technical submittals
- Support site teams in resolving technical and design issues
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' design delivery experience across CSA and MEP
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
- Experience on large-scale, technically complex projects
- Data centre or mission-critical experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of BIM and design coordination processes
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
