Commissioning Manager - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role leading commissioning of critical mechanical and electrical systems through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning strategy and delivery across all MEP systems
- Plan and manage commissioning programmes from Level 1 through Level 5 / IST
- Coordinate commissioning agents, subcontractors and client representatives
- Review and approve test scripts, procedures and commissioning documentation
- Manage energisation, testing and handover in line with safe systems of work
- Track and close out issues, punch lists and commissioning records
- Report progress and risks to project leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 5+ years leading data centre commissioning
- Proven experience commissioning HV/LV, UPS, generators and cooling systems
- Data centre commissioning experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of integrated systems testing (IST)
- Excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills
- Relevant electrical safety and site safety training
