Civils Lead - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

£90,000 - £105,000

We are seeking an experienced Civils Lead to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role leading the civils and structural works from enabling through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works




• Manage CSA engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site




• Plan and coordinate groundworks, foundations, drainage, concrete and steel packages




• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and on budget




• Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams




• Review method statements, temporary works and quality documentation




• Report progress and risks to senior project leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' CSA experience on large-scale projects




• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent




• Strong background with a main contractor




• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred




• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills




• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS or equivalent
