3D Personnel are recruiting experienced Mechanical Supervisors for a major refinery turnaround project at Fawley Refinery, working on behalf of a leading European industrial engineering contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile turnaround project delivering essential works within one of the UK's largest refinery environments. We welcome applications from experienced supervisors as well as established mechanical gangs looking to mobilise together.
The Role
- Supervising mechanical installation and maintenance activities during the turnaround
- Coordinating Pipefitters, Welders, Riggers and subcontractors
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme
- Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with site procedures
- Liaising with client representatives and site management
- Promoting a strong health and safety culture at all times
Requirements
- Previous refinery, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial experience
- Proven experience supervising mechanical teams on industrial shutdowns or turnaround projects
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- Ability to pass mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening and site medical requirements
- Right to work in the UK
