Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial ownership of MEP packages from pre-contract through to final account
- Cost planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting

- Management of variations, claims, and commercial risk
- Contract administration and client liaison
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
