Handyman required for a long-term construction project in Greenwich. The day-to-day duties will consist of:
- Carrying out all aspects of basic trade work on site such as Carpentry, Painting, Minor Plumber tasks, Minor repairs, General snagging
- Based on your experience, you will have an array of handheld and power tools
- Performing all required duties on site as instructed
- Conduct work according to industry health & safety standards
Requirements and experience levels:
- Must be hard working and driven
- Valid ID/Passport
- Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)
- Hand held tools
- Power tools
- CSCS Card
To achieve the higher pay rate, experience of working on a construction site is needed. The pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella which will see additional deductions to your take home hourly rate. For certain job roles, payment via CIS could also be a pay option, but please be aware that not all job roles are eligible to be paid CIS.
