Job Description
We are looking for up to four 2nd Fix Carpenters for a residential development scheme working on new build apartments.
You can work on your own or in a team, and the contract will last initially 3–4 weeks.
Day‑to‑day duties will include
- All 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting, door fittings and architrave.
- Installing kitchens – no router required (butt joints only).
- Any required snagging.
- Conducting work in accordance with industry health & safety standards for the site.
Requirements and Equipment
- In‑date CSCS card.
- Valid ID or passport.
- Full PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis clothing, safety boots).
- Own hand and power tools.
- Hard working and driven.
