Donegal, a short hop from Letterkenny town is recruiting an experienced Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine to lead its kitchen operation as the business continues to develop. This role suits a chef who values structure, consistency, and ownership. The focus is on delivering a reliable, well-executed menu that supports a busy bar-led environment.

The Role

  • You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with senior management and front-of-house to ensure smooth service and consistent standards.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an established Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of kitchen operations and service delivery
