Job Description
3D Personnel is working with a Principal Contractor on a major construction site within the education sector which is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Finishes Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality internal finishes on a live education-sector project. The successful candidate will work closely with finishing trades, oversee snagging processes, and liaise directly with the client and Clerk of Works.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Coordinate and monitor finishing trades to ensure self-checking and snagging of their work\\n\\n * Conduct detailed snagging inspections and manage the resolution process\\n\\n * Drive quality standards across all internal finishes\\n\\n * Act as a client-facing representative, managing expectations and reporting progress\\n\\n * Liaise with the Clerk of Works and ensure compliance with project specifications\\n\\n * Oversee FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) installation and coordination\\n\\n * Maintain accurate records and updates using Fieldview on a tablet device\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * Proven experience managing internal finishes on construction projects\\n\\n * Strong understanding of snagging procedures and quality control\\n\\n * Proficiency in using Fieldview for site reporting and inspections\\n\\n * Experience working on school or education-sector projects preferred\\n\\n * Familiarity with FF&E installation and coordination\\n\\n * Excellent communication and client-facing skills\\n\\nRate & Duration\\n\\n * £(Apply online only)/day\\n\\n * 6 months
