3D Personnel are currently looking for a Tractor Operator for a construction project in Havant. Day‑to‑day duties will consist of:

  • Operating tractors and associated machinery safely on site
  • Carrying out site clearance and ground preparation works
  • Transporting materials and equipment around site
  • Supporting groundworks and landscaping operations
  • Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery
  • Loading and unloading materials when required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
  • Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area
  • Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
  • Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Tractor Operator ticket
  • Must be able to pass a site drugs and alcohol test
  • Must have previous experience operating tractors on construction sites
  • Must be hard working and driven
  • Must have valid ID/Passport
  • Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi‑vis, and safety boots)
