3D Personnel are currently looking for a Ganger for a construction project in Barnham, West Sussex. The day-to-day duties will consist of:
- Supervising and coordinating a team of operatives on site
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Monitoring progress and maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
- Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and other trades
- Organising materials, plant, and equipment required for daily activities
- Carrying out site inspections and reporting any issues or hazards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Supporting the Site Manager in delivering the project on schedule
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CSCS Card (SSSTS or SMSTS is advantageous)
- Previous experience working as a Ganger on construction or civil engineering projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
