3D Personnel are currently looking for a Ganger for a construction project in Barnham, West Sussex. The day-to-day duties will consist of:

  • Supervising and coordinating a team of operatives on site
  • Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
  • Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Organising materials, plant, and equipment required for daily activities
  • Carrying out site inspections and reporting any issues or hazards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Supporting the Site Manager in delivering the project on schedule

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid CSCS Card (SSSTS or SMSTS is advantageous)
  • Previous experience working as a Ganger on construction or civil engineering projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
  • Must have valid ID/Passport
  • Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
