- Monitor site access points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorised personnel enter restricted areas.
- Support the safe operation of heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and other construction equipment when required.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements and site access activities.
- Enforce safety regulations and site rules to prevent accidents or unauthorized access.
Experience:
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in traffic management roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, or similar machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge of utility locating and basic construction safety procedures is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with construction vehicles like dump trucks or front loader trucks enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain alert in fast-paced environments are essential.
- Certification or training related to traffic control or construction safety (such as OSHA) is beneficial but not mandatory.
