Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience. * Assist customers in selecting furniture and home furnishing products that suit their needs and lifestyle. * Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across furniture collections and promotions. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom. * Assist with stock handling, merchandising, and display setup. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For * Previous experience in retail or sales (furniture, interiors, or homeware experience would be an advantage). * A genuine interest in home interiors, furniture, and design. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * A positive, proactive, and sales-driven approach. * Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs. * Flexibility to work full-time hours, Monday to Saturday.
