Regional Construction Planner – London £70,000 – £100,000+ (dependent on experience) London-based sites | Hybrid | Long-term opportunity Our client, a respected main contractor, is seeking a capable Planner to work alongside their long-standing Senior Planner, who is stepping into a part-time role. This is a strategic handover role, with the goal of developing into the Regional Planner for the business. The Role: * Oversee planning on 3–4 sites across London * Conduct regular site visits and report directly to the Managing Director * Create and manage project timelines using Asta Powerproject * Support audits and ensure programme accuracy and accountability * Gradually assume full regional planning responsibility Requirements: * Experienced in construction planning (ideally main contracting) * Proficient in Asta Powerproject * Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail * Comfortable reporting at director level and working across live sites * A team player who fits well in a tight-knit, delivery-focused environment This is ideal for either a seasoned Senior Planner or a driven Project Planner looking to step up into a strategic role.
