We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key commercial role on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontract packages commercially
- Prepare valuations, payment certificates and cost reports
- Manage variations and change control
- Support procurement and package awards
- Support final account agreement
Skills & Qualifications
- QS experience with a main contractor on large projects
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
