BIM Coordinator - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role supporting design coordination across all disciplines, with a focus on MEP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federated BIM models across disciplines
- Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings
- Produce and update MEP models and drawings in Revit
- Maintain BIM standards, protocols and the common data environment
- Support design, site and commissioning teams with model information
- Track and report on clash resolution and model progress
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' BIM coordination experience
- Advanced Revit skills, with a strong MEP focus (required)
- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection
- Data centre or large-project experience preferred
- Good understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM processes
- Strong communication and organisation skills
