Architectural Lead - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a senior role leading the architectural fit-out and finishes packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of architectural fit-out, envelope and finishes packages
- Manage architectural subcontractors and supervisors on site
- Deliver clean room and controlled-environment areas to specification
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with CSA and MEP teams
- Manage quality, snagging and handover of architectural works
- Plan and track architectural programmes and resources
- Drive health and safety standards across all architectural activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' main contracting experience
- Strong background in architectural fit-out and finishes
- Clean room or controlled-environment experience strongly preferred
- Data centre, pharma or mission-critical experience preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS or equivalent
