About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a vital part of the finance team, handling bank reconciliations, liaising with suppliers, and managing payroll processes. Your experience and attention to detail will help maintain financial accuracy and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online accounting transactions efficiently
  • Process supplier invoices and communicate with vendors
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments
  • Input financial data into Kashflow / Xero and Excel
  • Coordinate payroll updates with our payroll provider
  • Prepare information for P11Ds and assist with management accounts
  • Support ad-hoc finance tasks and projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

About You

You are organized, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving. Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, you can stay calm under pressure, especially during month-end closing.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant educational background (degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Kashflow/Xero preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and self-motivation

Working Arrangement

This is a part-time, flexible role (hours per week), ideal for work-life balance without sacrificing impact. Some remote work is possible, but we prefer you to be in the Derry office for about 2 out of 3 days if working 18 hours/week.
