About the Role
This is a multi-skilled Warehouse & Operations role within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be trained across several areas of the operation, including order fulfilment, goods-in processing, stock control, quality assurance, and operational support activities. The role is designed to develop flexible team members who can work across multiple functions depending on business needs, including:
- Order picking, packing, and processing
- Goods-in receipt and checking of deliveries
- Stock replenishment and inventory management
- Cycle counting and stock accuracy activities
- Basic product assembly and value-added services
- Quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Ensure all orders are checked prior to shipping
- Process orders using warehouse systems and dispatch procedures
Goods In & Stock Control
- Receive, check, and book in incoming deliveries
- Support stock organisation, replenishment, and storage accuracy
- Carry out cycle counts and assist with stock investigations
Quality & Operational Standards
- Carry out quality checks on products and packaging
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Systems & Team Support
- Liaise with customer service and operations teams using Microsoft Office and other systems (e.g. Freshdesk)
- Support wider operational requirements as needed across departments
Continuous Development
- Participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse functions
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Take ownership of learning new operational skills over time
You will be:
- Detail-focused - able to spot errors in stock, paperwork, and order information, and take pride in accuracy
- Willing to learn and multi-skill - open to training across goods-in, picking, packing, stock control, and operational processes
- Reliable and consistent - punctual, dependable, and able to maintain performance in a fast-paced environment

- Team-oriented - communicates effectively and supports colleagues across different functions

Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Freshdesk is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided across all operational areas, including goods-in, quality control, inventory systems, and dispatch processes.
