About terrible* terrible* is a full-service music merchandise company with operations across the UK, US, and EU. We focus on seamless logistics, from complex setups to quick turnarounds, fostering a collaborative, problem-solving culture in the fast-paced music industry. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator who loves solving puzzles, understands the music industry deeply, and is ready to make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and production to plan and manage merchandise delivery for tours worldwide.
- Keep clients, venues, merchandise managers, tour managers, and the team informed.
- Set up reporting systems and Shopify POS devices.
- Update inventory, taxes, and other settings as needed.
- Ensure all documentation is current.
- Assist in planning and advancing tours and restocks with tour managers and artist teams.
- Manage concessions and venue sales admin and reporting.
- Ensure accurate cost accounting and help meet tour budgets.
- Set up POS and work with the portal to ensure smooth tours.
- Plan drops and splits on the road.
- Arrange collections and drop-offs of merchandise.
- Support global partners' requirements for touring artists.
- Assist with tour-related production tasks.
- Stay updated on global shipping times and holidays.
- Work with projections and pricing for tours.
- Stock and restock tours with the production team.
- Provide remote support to touring parties and merch sellers.
- Perform merchandise management on the road when suitable.
- Support the wider team as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
