A well-established, independent Environmental Consultancy firm have a new requirement for a Practice Manager to join their wonderful team. The Practice Manager will support the wider team to help drive operational excellence by providing high level client service and ensure smooth internal process delivery. You can expect to join a thriving business, with exciting growth plans and genuine opportunity for career development as well as a friendly and supportive team. Along with a starting salary of up to £40,000, there is a great benefits package and discretionary bonus available. Free parking in a beautiful location where you will be 100% office based.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for client questions, concerns, and service issues
  • Oversee all client account processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Champion excellent service delivery by promoting best practices across the business
  • Support the team’s day-to-day priorities, working closely with senior leaders, Directors, and the CEO
  • Checking accuracy of client and project details across all of our financial platforms
  • Invoice tracking, management, delivery and regular reporting to the CEO
  • Credit control coordination and regular reporting to the CEO
  • Overseeing purchase orders and sourcing most advantageous commercial terms
  • Provision of financial KPIs to the Board.
