The position is hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office at least three times a week.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing people, optimising processes, and delivering insightful MI reporting, all while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients alike.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent service and performance.\\n\\n * Overseeing the client servicing team and enhancing business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.\\n\\n * Producing and analysing MI reports to support data-driven decision making.\\n\\n * Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.\\n\\n * Ensuring full adherence to FCA rules and regulations, with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks.\\n\\n * Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the team and wider business functions.\\n\\nRequirements for the role:\\n\\n * Proven people management experience, and a natural leader who knows how to get the best out of a team.\\n\\n * Strong working knowledge of FCA rules and regulations and regulatory compliance.\\n\\n * Hands-on experience in process management and operational efficiency.\\n\\n * Confident in compiling and interpreting management information (MI) reports.\\n\\n * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.\\n\\nWhat’s on offer:\\n\\n * Salary up to £55,000 + Exceptional Benefits package and bonus\\n\\n * A collaborative and supportive culture, with genuine career progression.\\n\\n * The opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing and successful organisation
