The Senior Director of Client Success represents 3C in all aspects with our enterprise health system clients, including but not limited to the successful implementation of 3C, the ongoing retention of 3C and the expansion of 3C’s footprint with each client. This role serves as the main client interface, accountable to achieve client value / ROI, ensure that the client has an exceptional experience and that 3C is achieving the stated outcome on time, and within budget. This role will continually provide input on the direction of 3C’s development and strategy to ensure we maximize value for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize client support systems.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to 3C implementations.
- Personally ensure high levels of quality, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
- Secure 100% year-over-year retention rate amongst enterprise clients.

Expertise in Care Transitions: Experience in care transitions gives you a deep understanding of health systems, hospitals, and their partners. You have formerly been responsible for improving care transitions, liaising with health system executives, and overseeing software and product implementations. You are knowledgeable about current practices and interested in upgrading the impact hospital staff have on patient outcomes.
Research and Data Driven: 3C is a software company that is driven by the value of data from our clients. As our client base continues to grow we are looking for a highly organized and efficient Operations Intern to support new implementations, manage our daily client support requests and provide input on building strong administrative systems. The Inside Sales Specialist at 3C will serve as an integral component to the identification and realization of new growth opportunities across the company. As the inside sales specialist and founding team member, you will be responsible for executing via inbound and outbound calls as well as creating innovative new programs to maximize leads. You will work with the Sales Director and the company founders to ensure these programs are executed successfully and develop improvements through a data driven approach. Ultimately it will be your job to grow the pipeline of interested clients.
Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS degree.
- 2-3 years work experience in telephonic sales – healthcare industry experience preferred.
