About 3B Recycling
We are a nationwide waste management specialist based in Great Blakenham, Near Ipswich. We focus on providing cost effective and environmentally conscious waste solutions to businesses across the UK.
The role
This is an office based role at our Great Blakenham office. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Duties include:
- Scheduling collections for customers
- Liaising with Hauliers to ensure all collections are completed
- Booking haulage within our approved network and sourcing/ agreeing terms with new hauliers
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers and suppliers
- Data input into Xero, and checking invoices
- Assisting with General office duties
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications are required however previous use of Xero, and MS Excel is preferred. We will supply inhouse on the job training and support.
