3A Composites Industry Europe is an international business area within the 3A Composites division of Schweiter Technologies AG. We are a leading manufacturer of extruded and cast plastic sheets, aluminium composite panels, and lightweight foam boards. Our Industry business area focuses on vehicle, building & construction, and sanitary segments. We offer our customers a unique selection of advanced plastics, foam, and composite products, tailored to meet their specific needs.

This role is for a full-time Area Sales Manager based in the South Midlands area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales operations within the assigned territory, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Providing product expertise
  • Conducting market research
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Regular reporting on sales activities and performance
