The Role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and ambitious Head of Client Partnerships to lead and grow relationships within our key beauty brands across the travel retail and experiential sectors. This is a highly commercial, revenue-focused role suited to someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving business growth, and delivering measurable results. This is an office-based position requiring strong collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, with hands-on involvement in the day-to-day commercial operations of the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders across brands, retailers, airport partners, and internal departments to ensure successful delivery and long-term partnership growth.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and retail activations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with global and regional beauty brands
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful partnerships and campaign delivery
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account expansion
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within travel retail and experiential marketing
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business targets
  • Collaborate with operations, staffing, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the beauty and travel retail sectors
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting

About You

  • Proven experience in client partnerships, account management, or business development
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Experience working with beauty, luxury, or travel retail brands
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
