We deliver tailored workforce and operational solutions to leading brands, retailers and agencies, supporting campaigns from planning through to execution.

Over the past two years, we have achieved significant growth and are now seeking a forward-thinking leader to further develop our business, strengthen our leadership team, and enhance our service proposition across our operations in the South.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and highly motivated Regional Manager to oversee and lead our operations across Gatwick and Stansted Airports. This is a senior leadership role with overall responsibility for managing airport operations through a team of Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and shop floor staffing teams, ensuring high performance, service excellence, operational efficiency and commercial growth across the region.

This is an office-based role; however, regular travel and a strong physical presence at both Gatwick and Stansted Airports is essential. The successful candidate must be hands-on and visible across both locations, working closely with airport teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure operational excellence and consistent service delivery, some work from home opportunities may be considered.

This is a highly commercial and revenue-focused leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record in operational leadership, stakeholder management, people development, and delivering measurable business results.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, airport partners, World Duty Free (Avolta), brand partners and senior leadership to ensure the region operates efficiently, delivers against KPIs, and continues to grow commercially.

  • Lead and manage Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and airport-based management teams, ensuring accountability, performance and development.
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to drive performance across the region.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability and commercial performance across both airports.
  • Ensure airport management teams achieve operational, financial and service KPIs.
  • Oversee recruitment activities and support the Passing Team, ensuring performance, compliance and professional development.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage airport managers and Team Leaders to build capability and succession within the business.
  • Attend performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance, service standards and KPI achievement across all regional airport operations.
  • Support workforce planning, oversee rostering where necessary and ensure efficient deployment of resources.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support commercial reporting to help deliver revenue and business growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver regional performance, forecasting, and operational reports to senior leadership.

Experience within airport operations, travel retail, luxury retail, staffing, or fast-paced operational environments is required. Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering revenue and operational growth, exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience, as well as strong reporting, budgeting and commercial forecasting skills are essential.

Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to Gatwick and Stansted Airports as part of the role.
