We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Retail Specialists to join the our team at Edinburgh Airport to work in World Duty Free & Other Partners. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a premium retail environment, engaging with international travellers and promoting luxury products across beauty, alcohol, confectionery, and tobacco categories. Please note: Due to the nature of this position, applicants must be 18 years or older. you will be handling and working around age-restricted products, including cigarettes, alcohol, and tobacco. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Provide a warm and welcoming experience to travellers, offering knowledgeable assistance and product recommendations across World Duty Frees high-end brands.Product Promotion:Actively promote and cross-sell a variety of premium products, from fragrances and cosmetics to luxury spirits, tobacco, and confectionery items.Sales Excellence:Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of service, aligned with World Duty Frees brand and customer expectations.Inventory Management:Ensure displays are tidy and well-stocked, enhancing the customer experience with organized product presentation.Security Compliance:Follow all security protocols and airport regulations,Team Collaboration:Work as part of a collaborative team to provide seamless service, especially during peak times such as weekends and holidays.
