365 Talent Portal is seeking highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Trainers (MCT certified) with F&O and/or Business Central experience to join our team as Freelance, remote, Associate Trainers.
We are a global partner providing L&D training and other Microsoft people services to Partners, MSPs and End Users across the globe.
As an Associate MCT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and help them develop their skills in Microsoft BizApps technologies.
Apart from delivering training on Microsoft official courses, you will also have the opportunity to participate in bespoke projects such as tailored learning paths, webinars, and so forth, should you wish.
While this opportunity is remote, we require our trainers to be available to deliver in UK and US hours.
How will you add value to our Associate team?
- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients on various Microsoft official courses - mainly D365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations
- Develop training materials for bespoke projects, such as presentations, agendas, exercises, and occassional lab enviroments should this be required
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and goals of each client
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and updates to ensure the training is relevant and accurate
- Collaborate with the 365 Talent Portal to continuously improve the training programs and materials.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while delivering training
- Option to deliver onsite training should you be open to this
About you:
- Certified Microsoft Trainer (MCT) with at least 2-3 years of experience in delivering virtual training for Dynamics 365 BC and/or F&O
- Proven experience developing training materials and resources
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others learn and develop their skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being part of a team
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
This is a freelance, remote position. The contract will be project-based and the duration will vary depending on the client\'s needs. Compensation will be negotiated on a project-by-project basis.
