We have partnered with a client who is seeking a motivated and analytical contract Graduate AI Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments across the business to understand existing systems and processes. The primary responsibility will be to identify suitable AI tools, such as Copilot, and recommend how these can be integrated into workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. This position falls within the AI Integration and IT department and will be on site, operating out of their London office, and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems and Process Analysis: Collaborate with different teams across the business to document and understand current systems and processes. Conduct detailed analysis to identify areas for improvement and potential AI integration.
  • AI Tools Research: Research and evaluate AI tools and technologies that can be applied to existing workflows - Copilot will be a main tool source. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI to provide informed recommendations.
  • Integration Planning: Develop plans for integrating AI tools into business processes, ensuring minimal disruption. Work with IT and other relevant departments to implement AI solutions effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels - strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Provide training and support to teams on new AI tools and processes - ability to communicate to non-technical teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of implemented AI solutions and suggest improvements. Collect and analyse data to measure the impact of AI integration on business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in: Business Studies, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Access to a Car or reliable transport.
