A client-facing role focused on delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise to customers by leading calls, gathering requirements, and supporting reporting and analytics initiatives. This is a customer-facing functional role that requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to support product demonstrations, pre-sales engagements, and customer growth initiatives. The role has a strong focus on reporting and analytics, with day-to-day responsibilities centred on Power BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer calls independently and manage customer-facing engagements.
- Deliver Business Central expertise to customers, with a focus on reporting and analytics, including explaining Business Central data from a functional perspective.
- Run user training sessions and conduct product demos, helping customers understand reporting capabilities and outputs.
- Support Power BI installations and implementations, including gathering reporting requirements, translating customer questions into structured requirements, and validating reports with customers.
- Contribute to marketing and sales efforts alongside the wider team.
Essential Requirements
- Proven functional expertise in Business Central / Dynamics NAV, with a Finance or Operations/Supply Chain focus.
- Ability to lead customer-facing calls and engagements independently.
- Fluent, professional-level English communication skills, with strong structure and confidence.
- Power BI experience, or a strong interest in data analytics and eagerness to learn Power BI.
Nice to Have
- Existing Power BI experience.
- Experience supporting US-market customers.
