This position is in the Sales Department of 365 Retail Markets, and reports to the EVP of Europe & UK. In this position, you will work to ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success and take the lead on new business sales from cold calls to closing. In addition, you will also be driving growth by nurturing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts.
- New business sales, from cold-calls and networking to demos, contract negotiations and closing.
- Establish and nurture new and productive relationships with executives at all levels.
- Move deals through the pipeline all the way to close and fully document every step in our CRM (communication is key).
- Report regularly on commercial performance versus target and deal progress to the Commercial Director and offer your input on business and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study, or equivalent work experience.
- Account management and new business sales experience.
- Account planning and consultative sales training/experience a plus.
- SaaS sales experience.
- A full appreciation of what makes for excellent customer service.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- 20% travel, as required, predominantly in the UK and potentially European markets.
- Flexible working environment but we’ll ask for 1-2 days in the London office for team building.
