Our client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years. Due to increased demand within the department, our client now has a requirement for a Quality Inspector. 365 Resourcing is the preferred supplier to Mazak. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Assurance (QA) team as a Quality Inspector. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product standards and supporting continuous improvement across production. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out Customer Parameter Comparisons (full training provided). * Perform Test Bar Run-Out, Micro Log, and Smart Vibe checks (training provided). * Conduct final machine inspections as part of the Customer Ready Gateway (CRG) process. * Follow and complete the Machine Power-Off procedure. * Assist with quality investigations and root cause analysis when issues arise. * Support Customer Satisfaction Investigation Reports (CSIR) through countermeasure validation. * Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the site. Essential Criteria: * A strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset. * Ability to build positive relationships with assembly and production teams. * Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable. * A collaborative team player who can also work independently. Desirable Criteria * Previous experience in a quality or inspection role (not essential). * Basic IT/computer skills. * Familiarity with Mazak products or processes.
