On behalf of our client who is situated in the heart of Worcestershire, providing Engineering assistance and solutions to many exciting sectors. Due to increased demand within the department, our client now has a requirement for a Paint Sprayer on a 12 week Temporary to Permanent basis.

Job description: Assist the paint shop department with preparing products/materials to be sprayed.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure safe working standards are followed at all times.
- To correctly prep materials between process stages.
- To ensure that finished products adhere to company standards.
- To maintain housekeeping standards.
- Ensure removal of any contaminants/dirt between coats.
Desirable:
- Willing to work shifts on occasion.
Essential:
- The ability to work under oneβs own initiative is imperative.
- Reliable.
- Quality aware.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Organised with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise.

PACKAGE:
- Monday β Friday (subject to change depending on business requirements)
- Core Hours 07:45 β 17:00 Monday β Thursday and 07:45 β 13:00 on a Friday.
- 39 hours of work per week. You may be expected to work any additional hours depending on business requirements.
