Site Supervisor - Earthworks

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in earthworks or groundworks? We\’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects. This is a long term project until 2027. Site Supervisor You’ll be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management. Requirements: * Proven experience in earthworks or groundworks. * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – Essential. * Valid First Aid certificate – Essential. * Strong understanding of site health and safety protocols. * Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are carried out to specification. * Maintain high standards of health and safety on site. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors. * Monitor progress and report any issues or delays. * Ensure accurate documentation and site records are maintained
