We're currently recruiting a Sales Engineer with experience of Air Conditioning systems for a leading HVAC Group. the position will cover the South East Region.\\n\\nSales Engineer\\n\\nAs a Sales Engineer at you will play a crucial role in driving sales by combining technical expertise with effective communication skills.\\n\\nThe successful Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored air conditioning solutions, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of air conditioning systems, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\\n\\nSales Engineer Technical Expertise\\n\\n * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the companies climate control product line and an eagerness to keep up to date with industry trends and technologies.\\n\\nClient Requirements\\n\\n * Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, understanding technical specifications and translating them into viable solutions.\\n\\nPresentations\\n\\n * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the technical features and benefits of the companies air conditioning and refrigeration solutions.\\n\\nProposals\\n\\n * Collaborate with clients to customise climate control solutions to meet their specific needs, incorporating technical details into tailored proposals.\\n\\nTechnical discussions\\n\\n * Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients with varying levels of technical understanding, ensuring clarity and building confidence in the companies solutions.\\n\\nInternal relationships\\n\\n * Work closely with the project and application teams to align technical solutions with client expectations, contributing to a cohesive and successful sales strategy.\\n\\nProject Transition:\\n\\n * Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to project implementation, collaborating with project delivery team and providing necessary technical insights and information to enable a successful completion.\\n\\nClient Relationship Building:\\n\\n * Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing technical support and acting as a trusted advisor for their air conditioning needs.\\n\\n * Adapt sales techniques to engage with clients in face to face and remotely, utilising digital tools and communication channels effectively.\\n\\nForecasting/Sales Reporting\\n\\n * Provide accurate forecasting of new and future business.
