We are currently seeking experienced and reliable 360 Excavator Operators to join our clients teams on a number of busy construction and civils projects across the Midlands. You must be confident operating 360 machines (both above and below 10 tonnes) and capable of working efficiently as part of a site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate 360 tracked or wheeled excavators to assist with groundworks, drainage, muck shifting, and other site duties

  • Carry out daily machine checks and report faults

  • Work closely with site managers and other trades on site

  • Adhere to health & safety regulations and site protocols

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS card with 360 Excavator category
  • Proven experience operating 360 excavators
  • Ability to work to site plans and follow instruction
  • Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, boots)
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Additional tickets (lifting ops, confined space) desirable but not essential
