Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers Solihull (B90) | Ongoing & Ad Hoc Work | PAYE ONLY

365 People are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for ongoing and ad hoc work on behalf of our client based in Solihull (B90). This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for flexible work, with both weekday and weekend shifts available, as well as consistent ongoing assignments.

The Role

  • Completing refrigerated multi-store deliveries using modern Class 1 vehicles.
  • Deliveries are tipped by the driver using either an Electric PPT or Manual PPT.
  • Start times between 03:00 - 08:00.
  • Refrigerated multi-drop deliveries.
  • Electric PPT and Manual PPT provided.
  • Occasional light handball may be required due to pallet or loading issues.
  • Ongoing and ad hoc shifts available.
  • Weekday and weekend work.
  • Consistent work for reliable drivers.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

  • Monday - Friday: £18.23 per hour (excluding holiday pay), £20.43 per hour (including holiday pay).
  • Saturday: £19.73 per hour (excluding holiday pay), £22.11 per hour (including holiday pay).
  • Sunday: £22.75 per hour (excluding holiday pay), £25.50 per hour (including holiday pay).

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
  • Valid CPC Qualification Card.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
  • Reliable and professional attitude.
  • Previous multi-drop or refrigerated experience is beneficial but not essential.
