We’re looking for an organised and professional Complaints Administrator to join a busy customer-focused team in Wigston on an initial 12-week temporary assignment. This is primarily a written complaints and queries role, dealing with inbound emails and taking ownership of each query through investigation to resolution. You’ll review the information provided, establish what has happened and produce a clear, professional and accurate formal response.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing inbound customer complaints and queries via email
- Reviewing and understanding the issues raised
- Investigating each case and gathering relevant information
- Liaising with internal departments to establish the facts
- Producing clear and professional formal written responses
- Keeping customers updated where further investigation is required
- Managing your own caseload and working to required timescales
- Maintaining accurate records of correspondence and outcomes
- Escalating more complex cases where appropriate
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
