365 People are seeking a skilled Waste and Recycling Management Operative with experience operating telehandlers and loading shovels to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe handling, movement, and processing of waste materials at their site, ensuring efficient and compliant waste disposal operations. Key Responsibilities: * Operate telehandlers and loading shovels to move, load, and process waste materials. * Sort, segregate, and manage different types of waste efficiently. * Ensure all waste materials are handled safely and in compliance with environmental regulations. * Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any faults or issues. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. * Adhere to health and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE. * Work as part of a team to meet site operational targets. * Complete relevant documentation and records as required.
