Job Title: Warehouse Compliance Monitor Hours: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available Pay: National Minimum Wage About the Role Looking for a new warehouse job? We’re hiring Warehouse Compliance Monitors to join a busy logistics team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in keeping a large warehouse operation safe, efficient, and productive. As a Warehouse Compliance Monitor, you’ll spend your shifts walking the floor, supporting supervisors, and making sure colleagues are following the right processes. It’s not about telling people off – it’s about keeping things moving, encouraging safe behaviour, and helping everyone stay focused in a fast-paced logistics environment. What you’ll be doing: Walking the warehouse floor to make sure colleagues are working safely and productively. Detering unproductive behaviour such as unscheduled breaks, loitering, or clocking-out congestion. Keeping an eye on customer stock to ensure goods are handled correctly and with respect. Supporting health and safety standards – from closing doors that shouldn’t be left open to encouraging drivers in the car park to get on with their planned routes. Reporting issues or concerns to supervisors in a clear and timely way. Acting as a visible, approachable point of contact on the warehouse floor. About You: Naturally observant with good attention to detail. Confident enough to speak up when something doesn’t look right. Professional, approachable, and fair with colleagues. Flexible shifts available – both full-time warehouse jobs and part-time warehouse jobs. Be part of a role that makes a direct difference to safety and efficiency in a leading logistics business.
