We’re hiring Warehouse Compliance Monitors to join a busy logistics team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in keeping a large warehouse operation safe, efficient, and productive. As a Warehouse Compliance Monitor, you’ll spend your shifts walking the floor, supporting supervisors, and making sure colleagues are following the right processes. It’s not about telling people off – it’s about keeping things moving, encouraging safe behaviour, and helping everyone stay focused in a fast-paced logistics environment. What you’ll be doing: Walking the warehouse floor to make sure colleagues are working safely and productively. Detering unproductive behaviour such as unscheduled breaks, loitering, or clocking-out congestion. Keeping an eye on customer stock to ensure goods are handled correctly and with respect. Supporting health and safety standards – from closing doors that shouldn’t be left open to encouraging drivers in the car park to get on with their planned routes. Reporting issues or concerns to supervisors in a clear and timely way. Acting as a visible, approachable point of contact on the warehouse floor. About You: Naturally observant with good attention to detail. Confident enough to speak up when something doesn’t look right. Professional, approachable, and fair with colleagues. Reliable and consistent. Previous warehouse operative or logistics experience is useful, but not essential – full training will be given. Why Apply?
