We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers for an ongoing opportunity based in Telford (TF2). This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable drivers looking for consistent Monday to Friday tramping work with excellent rates of pay.
The Role:
- Curtain sider general haulage
- Delivering clean recycled plastic to manufacturing sites where it is used to produce cement, sand and stone bags
- No food deliveries
- No handball
- Typical shifts are 8-10 hours
- Start times between 05:00-07:00
- Customer sites generally close between 15:00-16:00, so time management is important
- Drivers average 30-40 hours a week
Pay:
- £220 per day LTD
- £25 Night Out allowance
- Ongoing, full-time work
- Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive
- Reliable, professional attitude
- Previous curtain sider experience is advantageous but not essential
