We are looking for an experienced Solar PV Installers to join our clients growing team delivering renewable energy upgrades across social housing projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on long-term contracts installing domestic solar PV systems as part of major retrofit and decarbonisation programmes.

The Role

You will be responsible for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems on occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of domestic Solar PV systems on social housing properties
  • Mounting panels, rails, inverters, and associated equipment
  • Working closely with electricians and site supervisors
  • Ensuring installations meet current regulations and company standards
  • Completing work within project deadlines
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
  • Liaising professionally with tenants and site teams

Requirements

  • Relevant NVQ qualification in Roofing, Electrical, Renewables, or associated trade
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience installing domestic Solar PV systems
  • Ability to work at height safely and confidently
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
