Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the service department
  • Schedule service appointments and liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide clear communication to customers regarding services, repairs, and costs
  • Promote and upsell service plans, products, and aftersales offers
  • Maintain accurate service records and adhere to administrative procedures
  • Help meet team targets and contribute to a positive dealership environment
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards

  • A full, valid UK driving licence
